Don is a successful businessman, real estate investor and developer.  A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in Engineering, and Duquesne University Law School, Don's 20 years in private practice lend him the  ability to lead Colony Holding as its Partner Developer and Head Legal Council for the past 14 years. Don has negotiated over 200 successful retail leases and sales including tenants such as Walmart, Lowes, Giant Eagle, Busy Beaver Excela Hospital and many more.
