Huntingdon Marketplace was originally developed by Debartolo Holding in the early 2000's.  This Walmart-anchored development experienced a turbulent start due in part to the early 2000's recession.   Many have referred to Huntingdon Marketplace as the right development at the wrong time.  Eleven years later, Colony whom is long committed to developing in North Huntingdon Township, commenced negotiations to purchase the remaining acreage that surrounds the lone Walmart at Mills Point.

      In March of 2016, Colony closed with Debartolo on the vacant ground and began pr-leasing the proposed retail centers.  As pre-leasing activity continues, please check back for announcements and updates.
