Joe is a successful businessman, real estate investor and developer.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Joe first partnered with his father as a Lincoln Homes dealer in the 1950's.  His many years of invaluable experience give Joe the ability to lead Colony Holding as its Partner Developer & head of finance.  Joe has lead many iconic developments in Westmoreland County, such as Norwin Hills, Countryside Plaza and Haymaker Village shopping centers.
